Items you can't sell
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, and drug paraphernalia.
- Weapons, ammunition, and explosives.
- Counterfeit, fake, or pirated goods, and anything that infringes someone's intellectual property.
- Stolen goods.
- Food, drugs, cosmetics, or medical products that must be registered or approved by a Nigerian regulator (such as NAFDAC) but are not.
- Protected wildlife and products made from it.
- Fake or forged documents, IDs, certificates, and currency.

How you must sell
- Describe items honestly, with accurate photos, prices, and stock.
- Use your real identity and business details. Complete verification when we ask.
- Ship what the buyer ordered, when you said you would, and respond to buyers and disputes promptly.
- Keep payment on Tradia. Don't ask buyers to pay outside the platform to avoid escrow or fees.
- Don't manipulate reviews, ratings, or follower and viewer counts.
- Don't spam buyers or send unwanted messages.
Live shows
Everything above applies to live shows, and the show itself must not contain nudity, graphic violence, hate speech, harassment, or dangerous acts. Tradia can end a live show that breaks these rules.
How you must use the platform
- Don't try to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
- Don't probe, overload, or interfere with Tradia's systems, or evade its security.
- Don't use bots or scripts to create accounts, place fake orders, or scrape data.
- Don't use Tradia to launder money or to commit or hide fraud.
What happens if rules are broken
Depending on how serious it is, we may remove a listing, end a live show, pause or suspend a store, hold payouts while we investigate, or close an account. We may also report unlawful activity to the authorities and cooperate with their investigations. Where we can, we'll tell you what happened and give you a chance to respond.
Report a problem
If you see a listing, store, or message that breaks these rules, email team@tradia.store with a link and what's wrong.
