Verified merchants
Merchants verify their identity before a store can take orders, and registered businesses verify their company too. The Tradia team reviews each one.
-
Escrow on every order
Buyer payments are held until the order is complete, then paid out after a short settlement window. A dispute pauses the payout until it's resolved.
-
Payments through established providers
Card and transfer payments are processed by established Nigerian payment providers, so card details never sit in a store's own systems.
-
Protected accounts
Sessions expire and can be ended. Staff accounts that can reach customer data need two-step sign-in, and the secrets behind it are encrypted.
-
A record of every change
Changes to orders, payments, and accounts are logged with who made them and when, so problems can be traced and put right.

Built to stay up
We design for 99.9% uptime on the days that matter most, like Black Friday and Sallah. For large businesses, it's written into the agreement.
Your data
We don't sell your data or use it to advertise to your customers, and merchants can
export their data at any time. The privacy policy has the detail.
Report a vulnerability
If you think you've found a security issue in Tradia, email
team@tradia.store with the
subject "Security report". Tell us what you found and how to reproduce it. Give us
reasonable time to fix it before you share it publicly, and don't access other people's
data or disrupt the service while testing. We'll confirm we've got your report and keep
you updated.
Spotted something suspicious?
If a store or message is pretending to be Tradia, or you've been asked to pay outside
Tradia, tell us at team@tradia.store.
Tradia will never ask for your password or a one-time code.
